We may collect the following information when you use our Services: • Name, email address, and message content submitted via our contact form • User identifier and email address when you sign in with Google or Apple • Anonymous usage statistics such as crash logs and interaction logs In Todism for iOS, data you create in the app (such as tasks) is stored only on your device and in your own iCloud account. It is never sent to our servers, and we cannot access its contents. Todism does not require an account or sign-in.

We use the information we collect to: • Provide, maintain, and improve our Services • Respond to your inquiries and support requests • Detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized use • Analyze usage patterns and improve features

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except in the following cases: • When you have given us your consent • When required by law or legal process • With service providers (such as Firebase) necessary to operate our Services

Our Services use Google Firebase (Firestore, Firebase Authentication, and Firebase Analytics). Firebase is a service provided by Google LLC, and any data collected through it is handled in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. https://policies.google.com/privacy Todism for iOS uses Apple iCloud (CloudKit) to sync in-app data across your devices. The data is stored in the private database of your own iCloud account and is handled in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to this data. Personal information submitted via our contact form is deleted within a reasonable period after your inquiry is resolved. In-app data (tasks, shopping lists, etc.) is retained until you delete your account. In-app data in Todism for iOS is retained until you delete it on your device. Data synced to iCloud can be deleted from Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage. We do not hold this data and cannot delete it on your behalf.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make such a request, please contact us using the details below.

Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
